I moved here from out of state and enjoyed a 6 month lease. Unfortunately, I have to move for work.. A lot of space and not a bad price. Great location, as you are walking distance to EVERYTHING including marta bus and train. Mostly black families and white college students. Never felt unsafe and never had any security issues. Never harrassed or bothered. Everyone in my building was extremely quiet and clean. Maintence was a little slow, but nothing to write home about. It was a great apartment to live in to learn the city and I loved everything about it. I will miss it here!

If you need a start do not stay at this location, you will have more problems then you think. Management is the worst.
