Deceiving

I have been at Centennial Place for a year. I have had issues with maintenance being extremely slow, you have to stay on top of it to get them to repair anything. Another issue has been accounting, despite the fact I have always paid the rent on time, I once got a eviction notice, because they had misplaced my payments, luckily I had all my receipts, but it was an unpleasant experience nonetheless. Another issue is the lease, the way made was written, they expire a month before you actually sign them, which makes no sense to me. Also my rent was increased, and I was only notified of it a couple of weeks before my lease was to expire, so I had no choice but to renew, I would had moved out had they given me the heads, but of course they do what's convenient to them, whether you can afford the new rent is the least of their worries. I have never had any problems with safety, but if anyone really wanted to they can break into your cars or bdg as the buildings and parking are accessible from the street and there is nothing to prevent access to either. I wish I had not been deceived about the rent increase, and now I cannot wait to move out, the place is not worth the $850 for 1BR they intend to charge.
