Violent unsafe property From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   If you read a good reveiw on this property it is written by the staff, this is a horrible property, residents being mugged in the day time, the students are not safe, students are getting hurt do not let your student move in.Uncontrolled homeless people trying to get into the units.They are being beat up in the parking lots doors kicked in at night residents being tied up and robbed and car break ins. Management is the Worst the area manager never calls you back she is fat, lazy and no count. This place is a real project don't be fooled by the high prices, it the projects with a coat of paint.With no real security at all.Gangs running around at night burning trash behind the buildings. management will not tell you about that check crime reports with the police before leasing.Make sure you speak to a resident before you lease just walk around and ask. From out of state do not move here.
