I recently moved out of one of the townhouses. Overall my experience living there was good. It was pretty quiet on my street. Everyone pretty much kept to themselves. At one point I did have an issue with ants but once they sprayed I didn't notice any additional problems. I loved my unit. It was plenty of room for my brother and I and was close to both our jobs and school. During my stay I didn't experience any of the other issues that I've read. If we weren't moving out of state we would still rent there.
