To tell yall the truth, i been living in Centennial for 8 years. Went to Centennial Place Elementary and Inman and soon to be Grady. Yall just complaining because of the rent. Aint nothing wrong with Centennial Place....it's something wrong with you all. Why did you come here to live anyways. You just got to be here for a while to know what will happen and what to expect. To me.....its just my city ATLANTA!!!

Funny! You are also lucky for not facing the problems that many residents confronted. But it can not eliminate all the issues. It is a lousy management there.

As a another black woman it makes me sad to know that my own people are showing their ignorance. Why can't we be civilized??? this is why other ethnicities DO NOT want us in their apts, homes, communities. Now you see why? I am a professional woman with two young adult children, and we are totally respectful of others. Once i do find that perfect apt in GA. I will be sure to ask MGMT to not have me in the same complex with kids and certainly no section 8 folks. Just other respectful working people. If none of my wishes are met, than i shal remain here in N.Y.C I rather NOT deal with ignorance and pure stupidity from my own kind. If this makes you upset DEAL WITH IT. we bring it on our selves. DAMN SHAME!!!! now you see why it's so hard for the decent black folk to get ahead:_(

Um, is this a real post? I ask that because if so, you really did a bad job of defending the property, and also discredited yourself by writing so poorly. By the way, I'm a BLACK female. Your comment about most of the people you're typing to being white implies that you don't think Black people have the same high standards as our white counterparts. Sad. So Sad. I was thinking about this property for my next rental, but after seeing the percentage of people who say no to this property, AND after reading your post....I'll be thinking twice. Please, get on "Your Grind" and get an education.

Kudos to the last comment. Thats exactly what they need to dois get an education. Ignorance is a virtue. And a mind is a terrible thing to waste. But as you can tell they are a child cause they are just going to high school if they make it. Not saying I dont want them to but find something better to rather than bother educated adults handling adult issues. Thank you very much
