I have lived in Centennial Place Apartments for 4 years, only because of it's location. The amenities are poor. Management changes every year. Maintenance...oh, i forgot, "what maintenance'" The front door of my building has had a broken lock since I moved in and even after repeated attempts to report the problem, it went ignored. My upstairs neighbor's apartment flooded which stained my ceiling; it was never repaired. Yet, my rent kept going up and up and up every year while service declined. Graffiti from gangs in the area plagues the walls of my breezeway. The gate for tenant parking is always broken. This place is a dump!!!
