The old techwood apts(centinnial place apts)......Management sucks they never return calls and maintnance sucks they never fix anything.Crime is off the chain....every night either someone gets robbed,assulted,or their car gets stolen or broken intop....Rent is overpriced...but atleast you live downtown...oh yea....all the bums anf crack heads live outside of your apt......

I understand exactly where you coming from. Just had to do almost the same thing. Also you need to file a complaint on Greg so we can get rid of him. They are full of it and I cant wait to move. They dont take people seriously. I think if the Prop Manager dont handle it then call Corporate. See how fast they come out then. Some places you cant move to because of location and centennial is one of them.

Ok now they termin ated my lease...I have 30 days to move..Thank the lord.I was just about to give them two months rent to break the lease,but instead they broke it for me so I can leave within 30 and pay nothing!!!!Thats the best thing those -------s can do.They sent two security guards to deliver a letter saying that crap.lol.lol.lol.Thanks goes out to all those idiots at the leasing office and the maintnance office.They claim that I threatened them so they cancled my lease....lol...idiots if I threatened yall when the cop came I would have been arrested.Instead he told me not to cure the idiots....He said give them time to fix it....Today the mail man brought a certified letter saying they are demanding their keys in 30 days...lol..I told the mail man the people in the office are full of ----....he said"thats old news..everybody knows that"....he went on to say..."Your lucky its that easy to get out of a -------- lease with a bunch of idiots...Shay..Kristy..Greg..Mintoria..and the rest of the monkey gang that works here.They all dressup in their office clothes and have no idea how to perform their customer service jobs.Anyway what do you expect from a bunch of monkeys?Do you realy think I wanna stay here anymore???lol...If you wanna move here make sure you find out from the leasing office how long does it take before they take you serious and fix something. GREG IS GONE, THEY FIRED HIM BUT MAINTENANCE IS NOT THE REAL PROBLEM. THEY ARE YOUR FRIENDS IN LEASING WHEN YOU CAN INFORM THEM OF THEINGS SECURITY, MAINTENANCE AND LEASING CANT SEE BUT WHEN ONE OF THEIR PROBLEMED TENANTS WHO LEASING TOLD ME THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET RID OF FOR YEARS. (CYNTHIA DAVIS [234 MERRITSS AVE NW], JONATHAN ALLEN FORD, DAMARQUIS DAVIS, TAKERA FORD AND AALIYAH DAVIS) AND SINCE I AM NOT REAL COP OR SECURITY THESE TENANTS HAVE MARKED ME AS A SEX OFFENDER, STALKER AND HARRASSER WHEN NO ONE ELSE WHO KNOWS ME SEE THIS AND WHEN I NEED SECURITY OR LEASING JUST TO CONFIRM I AM A CITY OF ATLANTA POLICE NW BLOCK CAPTAIN AND NOT A STALKER THEY TELL ME I AM NOT STAFF AND THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.
