Rent: Too high for such OLD units
Maintenance: An absolute NIGHTMARE. Everything was breaking down. Maintenance either took: forever to come out, did a crappy job, or was not able to fix my problem.
Management: Everyone is really nice and helpful.
Neighbors: Luckily, I got great neighbors. I'm a college student a never got complaints about a few parties I threw.
Safety: All I am going to say is that my roommate's car got broken into twice and then stolen.
Parking: Not secure whatsoever. Basically anyone can get into the parking area, regardless of the parking "gate"
Area: Absolutely great! Can't get too much better than walking distance to Atlanta's biggest attractions.
OVERALL: Although the location is awesome, I would NOT recommend anyone to live at Centennial Place... EVER.

I agree with you about the maintnance...they suck major!!!!They all look like a buch of street bums standingaroun the maintnance ofice.They never answer the maintnance phone,and when they do they still never get anything fixed.wtf is up with these people.Do not move her!!!Trust me!!
