Horrible experience. Going downhill fast.....

Total bait & switch operation.
When I viewed the space the agent told me that it was a quiet building, the train went by "once or twice a day", the residents were "professionals" and the area was "safe".
I came to find that all these were inaccurate.
Large, loud parties, suspicioius people wandering hallways & elevators, security guards are more like doormen on the weekends- letting people in to the party.
Vagrants and local hoodlums loiter outside and in the adjoining parking lot.
The train passes at a minimum of 12 times per day and more on Sundays, blowing its horn loudly each time.
The "management" staff is useless and ignores all the issues of the building.
There is a reason why so many people are moving out! I am a well-adjusted person, happy with life- this building is horrible!
