I moved in when they first opened up in June of 2004. It was great! I love my apartment with all the fancy upgrades. However, not to long ago the management changed and the customer service has gone down hill! The first week I noticed a difference was because the trash compator was so full, it was overflowing onto the ground and the street. It was nasty! Then I tried calling the office to ask a simple question and they constantly had the phones being answered by a service! I finally got through and the staff didn't seem real bright.
Anyway, they are beautiful apartments, I don't mind living on the access road, it really doesn't bother me to drive around.I hope they don't let their standards go to low!

I am considering living in the back of The Heights at Peachtree Creek any thoughts? Is it quiet and what is the community like? professional, single, young old, mixed?

Hi, I am a resident at The Heights at Peachtree Creek. I have lived here since 3/05. I would highly recommend this community. The Management team here is so wonderful. I recently attended their monthly cooking class and had a blast! The Manager Renee is very professional and has made my stay here enjoyable. Travis who works in the office has been so accomodating. I wouldn't dream of moving. Hope to see you as a neighbor soon.

Well, I have lived here since they first opened and the only thing correct about your post is that Travis is accomodating. In my opinion HE should be promoted to manager! Not that that will solve the problems of this Hell-hole but he certainly couldn't do any worse than Renee.
