I've been living here since september of 04 and initially enjoyed the heights. Management was wonderful and very accomodating and attentive to every need. I left to go out of town for a couple of weeks and came back to the heights being bought out by a new management company. The new manager (I forgot her name, because it's not worth remembering) is a B**ch and needs to get a grip and learn the etiquettes of customer service. She had no clue at all what it means. Neither do the two young ladies that sit at the desk in the front of the leasing office. The assistant manager isn't all that bad, I totally understand that she works for B**ch. The one guy that they have working there is just as ditzy as the two front desk ladies. I am basically moving because I can't stand the management and also the fact that it's has the signs of becoming a ghetto. As long as I've been living there I had only witnessed a couple of children and that was one of the selling points when I moved in, the fact that there were mostly professional, and single people with no kids that lived there. There aren't any playgrounds or things of that nature so why would people want their children to live there to play in the parking lot where people drive like maniacs around the corners of the parking lot. The people in the leasing office threw a pool party over the summer and I swear I've never seen that many children in the complex before, and since it's been hot outside the number of them are growing. They hang out in the stairwells and in the parking structure all the time. They hang out by the pool running all around causing comotion. I'm talking about small children not teenagers, even though there are some teenagers. I guess these children parents leave the babysitting up to the complex as they are not out in the parking lot or pool area watching their bad ass children!!! I usually get paid to baby sit people!!!! I can just see it now, I'll give this property by either the end of the year no later than the beginning of 06 before it's just rundown and nasty. They are letting all sorts of people move in. I guess this new management team that we have now don't care what type of quality people they rent to just as long as they have the money to move in.

It's ashame becasue I was really impressed with this apartment community and was recommending it to all of my friends and when I received company in from out of town they all fell in love with the community, but now it's going to the dogs and it's becoming a ghetto.

I'm moving and do not recommend that anyone of class would move in with the rifraf that the new management are renting to.

***I did have a problem with my windows not being installed correctly. I was having condensation on my windows in my bedroom really, really bad and in my living room area. This was during the winter months and my bill was kind of high for a 1 bedroom. I was told that my windows would be fixed and they never were and I ended up having mold growing on my window seal. I also advised management of that and of course they did nothing!!!!**** P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

The rifraf you are refering to pay the same amount of rent as you so they must have the same amount of class. Apartment communities cannot deny someone because they happen to have children. Its not legal or ethical. I for one have not seen the parking garage and parking lots swarming over with children. You do realize that alot of people at that party that had children did not live here and where invited as guests by the residents didnt you? I fail to understand how condensation on your window makes your bill higher.
