Basically of you want your car broken into and get harassed by the other residents this is the place to be. It is very unfortunate to see such a nice place go down so fast. And to top it off the management doesnt even help there news letters are a joke and no one follows the rules. You cant even go near your pool on a Sunday afternoon because some residents invite every person they know in atlanta to come and hang out.Also the management doesnt even let there residents know that 4 cars got broken into in the matter of a day you have to find out from the residents which I have lived in many complexes to know they should send out a notice.....

The block parties at the pool are long gone. It bothered me to. It got to the point it was rediculous. Im not sure I would go on what residents say about how many cars where broken into. Ive lived in many apartment communities as well and I take the property gossip with a grain of salt. I agree on the rules as well. Im tired of people not picking up after thier pets leaving thier waste cans in the breezeways for the valet trash 24/7. The manager was terminated so things will probably change
