I moved in a year ago when they first opened and was willing to pay a high rent for the professional staff and great living atmosphere. About 5 months later, I got home and received a notice on my door that the complex was under new ownership and new management. I went to the clubhouse to meet the new management and immediately noticed how unfriendly they were. They did not acknowedge me sitting in the tv room the little young black girl walked back and forth several times and didnt even say hello.

A few weeks later, I wanted to check out a 2 bedroom unit since my lease was coming up for renewal. I went to the office around 5:45pm and asked to see a 2 bedroom. The little black girl told me that she was about to leave and I would have to come back another time. I was so shocked.... talk about customer "NO SERVICE".

When the gates malfunction, it takes several weeks to fix. This place has become such a crime-ridden slum since they changed management.

Two weeks ago, I received a note on my door about renewing my lease. The letter stated that if I dont sign a new lease, my rent will be increased from $895 to $1295. I spoke to my neighbor with the identical apartment, and her note stated that her rent will increase from $795 to $1083. I went to the office and asked the new Property Manager, Renee, why our rent varied so greatly and she said that the people with the higher rent has to make up for those with lower rent. In so many words, she was telling me that I would have to pay my neighbor's rent.

Well Renee, I am leaving as soon as my lease expires in November.

You want people to believe that the manager of an apt community sat there and told a resident that they have to pay higher rent to " make up for lower rents" PUH LEASE! You sound like you cant pay the rent to begin with. What business is it of yours what others pay for their rent?? JUST PAY ON TIME and you wont have to type lies here

You really need to learn a thing or two about political correct language, "little black girl" is hardly a way to address anyone, there are other ways to describe an individual. I am guessing that you are probably an "old white man" how does that make you feel. You deserve to have been treated the way you were. I hate the heights as well but I can see why with people like you here!!!
