Renee, who is the manager is the biggest "B" will never go out of her way to help with anything!!! She will not return your phone calls. Our AC was out few times, it takes them forever to fix anything, management absolutely sucks. They constantly return your checks, saying you owe more they are just plain all incompetent and ghetto!!!!!

I have never had a problem with maintenance they have always responded within 24 hours and been able to repair whatever it was I called about. The maintenance supervisor seems compitent and courteous. I do agree about the office staff though in regards to not being as professional as they could be.
