I've been living here since they first opened a year ago and can't wait for my lease to end! Don't be fooled by the nice looking apartments because the Management sucks and the neighboor has gone to hell! I live near the pool and there are damn block parties all the time. I think they invite everyone in Atlanta to come over from 10-1am on weeknights. The management doesn't do anything about it. Last I heard they were giving away a lot of free rent to fill the place. Well they are filling it with the wrong people. The gates break constantly and remain open for several days, they screw up your rent frequently and leave threatening letters to evict you when it is their error in the first place. I have seen several nice people move out of this place and can't wait to be the next.

If your looking for a rude, unsafe, and absolutely GHETTO place to live then this is it!

The parties you are refering to where going on when worthington owned it the DO NOT Go on now in fact the club house is closed at 10pm . I cant wait for you to be next as well.
