I lived at this apartment community for one year. When the Worthing Company was managing it was great. They were very customer-service orientated and very ----friendly as well. While I was living there the management changed hands several times, and now it is run by people that have no idea how to treat their tenants or past tenants. The overall condition of the apartments were very nice, but it was near impossible to get anything fixed in a timely fashion. The current property manager is rude and very unfriendly. She has no concern for other people or their prior contracts with the Worthing Company. The staff is very unprofessional and lacks the knowledge to fullfil their duties. I have been notified after moving out of the apt. that money was owed that was never mentioned to me before. They have allowed anyone to move into these apts. which is causing the luxury apts. to move down south very quickly. I would not recommend these apts. to my worst enemy. If you are thinking about moving here, make sure you double check everything and most important watch out for Renee. She does not have the training nor common sense to deal with any concerns you may have.

First off I have to tell you the management has only changed one time. From Worthington To Internacional Realty. As far as letting anyone move into these apartments. It was worthington who did that because they where trying to fill it up to sell as far as I know. I agree the manager was very incompitent but she has been let go .
