The Mgmt. responses are a great example of their lack of professionalism

First of all, I have already moved out and I could not be happier. I moved out in Nov. and it took until Feb. to receive my deposit check. I had to make several attempts to get this and of course there were excuses given....Reading the mgmt. responses gives validity to what everyone is writing. They are very unprofessional and have several spelling or grammatical errors. It is time to stop making excuses and start doing your jobs. You have the potential for an upscale property but the lack of skills to operate one. It's too bad....There are several times that the mgmt. response says if you paid rent on time there would not be a problem. Well mgmt. I had ALWAYS paid my rent in full and on time and still received your nasty notices on my door. Never did I receive an apology for YOUR mistake, just an excuse about the computer system. Take some responsibility!...Yes mgmt. your security gates on the visitor entrance did have several problems. Usually when it happened it would be for at least 2-3 days. Not sure if you have noticed but the neighborhood surrounding the apts. is not the best and few days is a few too many!...After trying to contact the Regional Mgmt. office I now realize the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. They are apparently in short meetings all day long just as Renee always is because they don't answer the phone or return calls.

Based on what I have read in these ratings, I would never live at the Heights. Thanks to all the past residents who have made truthful comments and even more so for the responses by the manager. It is obvious she is completely incompetent and do not want to go through what former residents have. Good luck Heights of Peachtree Creek - it sounds like you may need it!

I have lived here for a year and I havent noticed that the gate is always broken. 3 days really isnt that long if there is a part needed (which is often the case when something is broken ). I agree the office staff is lacking when it comes professionalism. We as renters come to expect a kind courteous prompt response and as Ive read many times that isnt the case. The manager has been terminated though because of it. As far as gramatical errors. There are plenty here as well. Including mine.
