THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMMUNTIY I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH. I HAVE ALREADY MOVED, THANK GOODNESS, AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MGMT STAFF IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN IMAGINE. THEY ARE THE RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I REALLY DON'T LIKE TO DWELL ON ALL MY DIFFICULT TIMES THERE SUT I DID WANT TO WRITE AND LET ALL KNOW THAT THE HEIGHTS IS NO THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I WAS CONSTANTLY HARASSED BY PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOT AND POOL. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN.

cant disagree about the office staff. I know that there is or was two security officers that tried hard to take care of any problems.
