Is it legal in Georgia for an apartment resident to run an unlicensed daycare from their apartment home'
I don't think so. Well you guessed it...it's happening here. At all times of night...starting normally around 11:00pm through 3:00AM you can hear and see adults dropping kids off at this one apartment....the kids are loud in there and running around at all times of night. When the adults come back to pick them up they bang on the door so loud they probably wake the entire building. I don't think it will do any good to report this to the office because I've been told that one of the office staff leaves her kid there sometimes. Geez! Who do you call about something like this' I'm sure the childcare giver probably isn't licensed.

P.S: Everybody that reads this one...DALE McMURRAY is all talk no action, he can talk a good game. Don't listen to anything he ever has to say, it is just to shut you up. I give him that, he can run Game on you and make you feel Important, but it is an Act. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE DALE, STOP IT

This response is written 2/20/08 and just to let Anonymous know that wrote the response, Dale McMurray has not been at the property for over 90 days when ownership and management changed, maybe they need to get him back because he was so so much better than what is there now, the new manager I don't think even knows what day of the week it is and Bonnie seems to be running in all directions and taking the abuse for everything bad and getting no support.
