Still room for more improvement, courtesy, professionalism

Things are better but still not at the level one should expect.

We were given less than 12 hours written notice yesterday to empty our kitchens and bathrooms for pest control. A piece of plain white paper with no signature nor letterhead was placed on our door after the office closed to inform us that the several hours of work had to be completed for the next day.

The letter had numerous spelling and grammatical errors and was vague in what was required. It did not mention basic details like what to do with the alarm or your pets.

We cancelled our plans and prepared the apartment as we guessed was required, but as the night wore on we began to suspect the letter was a fake. Possibly a hoax or a way to get people to leave their alarm off the next day. In the end, we decided to leave the alarm on and any pest controller can deal with it.

I confirmed the letter was real this morning, after the office reopened. Much to my disappointment, I had hoped for more professionalism and courtesy from the new team.

EDIT: The pest control was never even done the next day and we had to put everything back. Now in two weeks we have to do it again, at least we know when.

I lived there for a yr.. Nice property but in a bad location .. the low income housing place/illegal immigrant migrant camp behind the place is a huge turn off to me . They cut a hole in the fence and where comming in to use the pool and the clubhouse. There was alot of breakins there Ppl getting their doors kicked in. The people living there seemed low class It almost looked like a low income housing place. Speaking of low income housing LEDIC the company that took over specializes in low income housing according to thier websight. They dont have any properties that arent section 8 except The Heights at Peachtree Creek. Going to be interesting to see how they run it. When they sent their people to do a walk through of every apartment they where rude nasty and didnt seem to know how to deal with anyone . Typical I guess for people who have to deal with a certain type of person on a daily basis but not great for what is supposed to be a upscale place.

Its great that you decided to contract fixing the hole cut in the fence, since on any given weekend it was hard to use the pool due to the number of people using it that didn't live there. Can you move Peachtree Creek away from that property behind you so they don't just cut another hole ? Because that's exactly what is going to happen. The fact that the old management company or the one before them did not give you a detailed record of crimes committed/reported on that property does not negate the fact there IS crime on that property. It's great that you are saying that you screen your residents etc. That's exactly what the previous management company said as well. The letter in regards to the pest control which had no letterhead or signature on it etc. being worded as a demand is indicative of a company that is more used to dealing with low income/ troubled properties. If you do manage properties that are not low income other than the Heights At Peachtree Creek, It would be nice if you listed them on your website. Judging by the complaint this person has. If you DO have properties that aren't low income you are running the ones that aren't as if they where.

I totally agree with this tenants statement. I really wish that I had spent more time in the area before signing a lease and I would have known what I was getting myself into. The leasing agents are rude and flat out disrespectful, they have no idea how to run a business and seem very lazy and un motivated. A lot of the people living in this complex are low class and it shows. Most of the tenants have no regard for their neighbors and act in a rude and un orderly manner. I was very disappointed in the whole experience and would never recommend this place.

LEDIC MANAGEMENT, might as well move them in, and the other people from off MLK, and the EastSide of Atlanta, that is what they doing anyway, that whole place is going down. I see the changes everyday...DAMN SHAME
