i have lived here 13 months.just signed 24 month lease.moved from 2bedroom to 3bedroom management was able to get apt ready in a little over 1 week.none of this would not have been possible with out a excellent staff. the recommended movers had me moved within 3 hours.i was reading some of these postings. unless a person pays in excess of 1800.00 per month for concrete floors you will hear loud neighbors.these people making all this bad press appear to never have had much so they think because they pay 900.00 per month in should be a prefect world. it takes a very in secure person to complain about some one not speaking to them in the office getting back to the subject. maint did there job well did not have to office upon move in everything was correct .one thing about complainers it will give the staff a chance to get the riff raft out from previous management. get renters insurance that way you will not be a burden on the red cross if something bad happens.
