This place is on a free fall downward trend! The bad residents outweigh the good. It's become quite a ghetto within the last 6 months complete with thugs, gangsters, loud music, and low class people. The only aspect of the community that is up to par is the entrance and the leasing office...it's well maintained to attract you but renters beware!

Also, the manager will never return your security deposit even if you have cleaned everything and kept everying in good order. He does not even bother to give you a reason.

There are many "thugs" of all colors appearing around here at night and weekends but I dont think they live here. Unfortunately, some people who live here have "thug" like friends and they have unruly kids and they invite them over for parties at the pool or just to swim. Because the pool area is so very small they are loud and stand out making it not comfortable for the people who live here and pay rent. No one has ever bothered me just walking around. If anything, they smile and say hi but not in a nasty kind of way. But some people do drive around with radio blaring music with words that you do not want to hear! If Dale is not returning people's security deposit for no good reason then that is a big problem. People should see him in person during the day/week to talk with him about it. He seams nice enough and it is his JOB to give you a detailed invoice/bill of what they are charging you for and have deducted from your security deposit. I think it is actually the law.

Well I can tell you that when I moved out I did get an invoice but it was completely inaccurate with no detail. It claimed that I moved out early and that I owed hundreds of dollars in damages. Later I found out that I was being charged for a washer and dryer that I never had!
