Think twice about moving in this downward spiral of a complex. The new name is Century Peachtree Creek but guess what, they never informed the resident or even introduced themselves. It's like one day coming home and you find that your street name has been changed. Oh, and don't forget to read your lease. I was late one month and the price went to the market rate...a full $500 more. One of the reviews discussed car break-ins...I can attest that I have seen at least two cars sitting on bricks. The sad fact is that management does not keep the residents warned of anything...this could be due to the fact that they DON'T know nothing themselves. Oh, one last thing...when you get packages, they claimed that they track them and you need to sign when you pick them up from the leasing office. Not true...they are free for all...one more thing...they do not honor referrals but try to tie you up in RED TAPE!...oh, I can't stop. the neighbor above me must have been an elephant because she walked like one!

It has been over a year since I moved away from this hell whole, but I still love to read these lovely stories! I see that nothing has changed and that for the fourth time this complex has changed owners. There is a reason for this, stay away, please listen to these ratings. They are true! I could not sleep because my upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants as well. I found out that it is really due to poor consturction. I am so glad I left! I feel your pain
