I don't generally write reviews but on this I have to comment. Yes, I agree when you live in an apartment you should expect to deal with "apartment culture". However, this place under new management leaves much to be desired. At least the old management took the time to get to know you and would try to be helpful. The new group lacks parity. I've been here for 2 years, paid on time, never late-I asked to transfer and you thought I asked for FREE rent! I am told about the transfer fee and the deposit;fine,no problem. I get a call to consider paying the fee soon before they rent the unit I'm intrested in and I take care of it. A week later I get a call to say "Hey, you didn't pay the deposit fee and we can't hold the unit unless you pay it within a week". Did I mention that I have a deposit already with them from 2 years ago that is 10 times more than the one they are asking for now and I'm sure has made a bit of interest' Ok, I ask if could bring it in about two weeks due the fact I'm not moving for another month and two weeks and most times deposits are paid at the sign in stage-I was told NO.....Something is wrong with this picture. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
