I moved a while back and Bonnie was the person I dealt with when I moved in. She was very caring and understanding of my personal issues that led me to look for an apartment. Since then, I have had dealings with Jonda and with Lorra and have found them all to be very friendly. It seems that they go out of their way...for example, I had a big package that was dropped at the office for me. They got the little cart and carried me and my package home. I am known by name when I do have occasion to go to the office or even if I'm going to my car and pass one of them. And that is important to me.
I have written a review before on this site and do log on from time to time to check on any new opinions that may be posted. I do see that the few questionable people I used to see around has decreasd here over the last several months- yay! I would say I am happy here. It is an apartment, not a house so I sometimes have to park further than I'd like and on occasion, I hear a neighbor coming home late but what do you expect with an apartment complex' I appreciate the courtesy and the personal attention that I have gotten from the repair men and from the office ladies and recommend my complex to friends. Oh and by the way, great parties, too. I've met lots of cool people. If you guys in the office read this, how about starting a ladies night or a singles club'

All I can to you is you are very lucky to not have dealt with the issues that 90% of the residents have had to deal with. I paid my rent not on time every month but early and I still had to deal with noise, lack of parking, my neighbors smoking drugs in the bathroom that came through my bathroom vents, incompetent staff and just an all around un safe place to live. I would wait more than 9 months before posting a comment; you haven't had enough time to feel just how awful this place is! I was only living here to be near my job until my house was built and I would never recommend this place to anyone......oh and Covington Highway.....I guess you believe that living off of Shallowford Rd. is luxury, you are a real classy individual lol....

I am glad you like the place and haven???t had any problems with the management staff as of yet. However, please don???t generalize and make wrong conclusions to assume that residents don???t pay their rent on time. Not every single dispute with the management is due to rent payments. Go beyond your assumptions and be considerate and supportive with those residents that have had problems that affect to the Century Peachtree Creek community as a whole. As other said, the manager does not have customer sevice skill and is verry arrogant.

well ive been here since July and have not had any problems w/management. some are more friendly than others but i don't have high expectations to begin with. just respect. as for the parking...this is an apartment complex, not a single family home. i come home at all times and have never noticed the lack of parking. although, im usually stuck in the deck after a certain time but that's expected. i think some have high expectations for an apartment complex. noise, distant parking, dealing w/management and the randoms walking around is normal in even the most luxury APARTMENT. maybe a single family home is the answer for some of you.

These reviews that are in favor of Century @ Peachtree are simply the girls in the leasing office posing as residents to boost their ratings. How convenient to get notified instantly of these reviews and able to respond to them in a matter of minutes. There could be no other explanation because 90% of the residents are truly unhappy here.
