I read all these reviews, and I can understand people's opinions, but I have to say that some people may be a bit extreme. I have lived here for a year, and everything has been just fine. It's an apartment...occasional noise, someone stole my package off my doorstep, roaches when I first moved in. But, I got my money back for the package, my neighbors are typically quiet, and they sprayed whenever I called. Point is...there will be some noise at whatever apartments you live in, there will be bugs/rodents more prevelant in the southern states because of the climate, and Atlanta has one of the highest crime rates of any U.S. city. So, in summation, these reviews people write are a little extreme. Take the time to sift through the anger, and decide wether or not the entire stay here was really that bad. My stay was good. The apartments are nice, there is plenty of parking and cool people at the pool all summer. I met friends here. I recommended people here. You will probably have a similar stay here as I did.
