Apparently rumor has it that Jonda has been let go. It is good riddance if you ask me. It took me 7 weeks to get a refund on my deposit that should have only taken 30 days thanks to her. All is well that ends well...

Well done. I agree 100% with this review. These issues are ongoing due to an incompetant, rude, harrassing, unfeeling management staff who in my opinion must get paid a commission on charging bogus late fees. They absolutely will not hear your story about anything no matter what. The only communication skills they have are speaking to you in a condescending, degrading and humiliating manner.
