The maintenance people are helpful

The maintenance people are helpful. They change often but all try very hard considering the amount of work they have with this building. Just wish there was more consistency with them because they are the best of management.

                            Friendly leasing staff. Very nice sized apartments. Conveniently located to popular Atlanta attractions businesses and colleges. Cleanliness of the common areas and the garage need work. Better in sight security could aid in this as well.

                                  The complex has somewhat declined over the past 4 years but the rent continues to increase substantially. There have been several changes in management as well. I think that having an on sight (not on call) security personnel may help some of the issues.
