I moved in March of 2003 and was initially pleased. That was until my first apartment leaked when it rained. For over 2 months I tried to get the leasing office/maintenance to repair the roof. Each time being told the leak had been fixed only to discover more water pouring from the ceiling and electrical outlets each time they ?fixed it?. The property finally got a manager (she lasted 1 month and quit), who promised to get things fixed. I moved into another unit, only to discover more leaking (from the apartment above) and a pest infestation. The list goes on, but I thought I would highlight the two major reasons for not making this property your home. The leasing agents and maintenance crew couldn't be nicer, however they are completely ineffective.
