The front gates are always broken, the complex is loud, and the pool doesn't open until July. I had a drunk man chase me through my complex, but managment didn't seem too concerned. It only took them 3 months to fix the gates. Also, I have a hole in my ceiling that when it rains, I have a waterfall. There never came to fix it. There are also plenty of dark areas for creeps to hide. Since I moved in, the fitness equipment has been broken.
