Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
In 5 months I had 2 neighbors arrested for drugs and one for beating their child severely, but of the three...none were evicted. Leaking roof, outragious noise level, slacker for a curteousy officer...all around nightmare. I had to sleep on the bathroom floor with the fan on in order to get any sleep due to the noise level. RUN!
