Community is ok. I moved here about 2 months ago. C Court hire a new staff a week in. They seem to be playing catch up from what the previous staff lacked. There were some minor and major move in problems. The major ones were fixed fairly quick and still waiting on the minor ones to be worked on. Great access to everything including I285 & GA400. The layout of the complex reminds me of a Mariott Courtyard. Kind of like a Melrose Place.
The only grip I have is paper thin walls and floors. You can hear almost everything. I even got a complaint one evening cause my laptop was too loud. I admit to playing music on my laptop but it was before 9pm. I got a knock on the door around 10:30pm by the courtesy officer to turn down the bass. An hour and half later' Uhhh it's a Dell dude. Dell laptops are not known to push any volume. Dell laptop with bass is like a black Michael Jackson. It's faint and possible but not likely.
Parking can be problem especially on the weekends. I'm not in the assigned parking area but it seems really difficult to find parking on weekends at night.
I have lived in Post and Gables. Liked them both. You will pay more for them.
If you can live with noise, parking, great access and staff, you might wanna check it out.
