Incredibly Bad, Continuously Annoying

Moved in Feb 17th and noticed water stains on the ceiling. Sure enough the first rainy day resulted in wet carpet as does each rainy day. The carpet has been torn up and/or under a dryer for roughly half the days I??ve occupied. Management and maintenance are non responsive. Both have been dishonest about what they would do and when. RAM Partners offer no effective appeal. I??m hiring a lawyer, recommend you avoid this place. Far more trouble than it is worth and the management company doesn??t come close to the standards it set on its?? website.
