I have lived here for several years and we have seen our share of management companies. Finally someone got some sense and hired a decent management company. I will admit there are some issues the previous owners left behind for the new ones, but from what Ive seen so far there are always friendly faces in the office. I see bad reviews of this community and I feel that certain reviews are half true. Ive never had an issue anywhere close to what these people are claiming. These apartments are in a great location and the price is pretty good too. I am happy that the new management company is here because I have seen some great progress in the little time that they have been here. I plan on being here for a few more years and know that these apartments are worth it!
