This place has been horrible since we moved in 6 months ago. Every time something has to be fixed, we have to report it about 15 times before they do anything about it. They have completely redone the office area with all new furniture, pictures, paint, etc, but I still have a stove that is 20 years old with one working burner and an AC unit that blows hot air. The floors in the apartment above us squeak so loudly that it wakes us up almost every morning at 5:30am when the people upstairs get up. We were told "there is nothing we can do about it." Their priorities are clearly NOT their residents. You can find a MUCH better place at the same price.

I too have had issues with my apartment but since the new management team has started about a month ago I am actually getting things fixed. I suggest you call it in to the new staff so they can fix it for you. The apartments are not new but you are also not paying high dollar to live in this community.
