The new mgmt took over the same week of my move-in and have not followed up on any of my request. Because I came from out of state, I did not view my apartment before my move in day. The complex shows real good on the outside, even the office is georgous but the inside, my God. I have old carpet, walls with brown stuff on them and it gets worse. Honestly, the inside of my apartment looks like an inner city low income apartment.

the new team didn't take over till March 2nd of this year and it apeears that you have been there since 2005. Call them I am sure they would help!
