I would recommend this property, and I would know. I have seen a lot of properties all over the Atlanta area, and I chose this one. The location is the best thing for me. I work all over Atlanta making sales calls, so the convenience to 285 and 400 is a major benefit to me. Roswell Road is really backed up all the time but you just have to know how to get around it. To the people with car issues, I have never felt uncomfortable about my car being parked here. But then again, I am actually smart enough to bring in my belongings and hide anything else in my trunk. There is always plenty of parking. I prefer to take the stairs, so I don't really deal with the elevator that much. The office staff is very professional. But yes the irresponsible pet owners are a problem. I would get a dog but I would probably fall into the irresponsible group.

People concerned about maintenance delays should realize that sometime they have to order parts before they can do anything about your situation. The people writing the bad reviews are always the jerks anyways. The people who let their dog crap on the sidewalks, the ones that don't pay their rent, etc. But this is a good property and I recommend it.
