I have been living out here since (2002) when it was Summit Glen Apts. So just under 6 years and no major complaints. I have seen the mgmt change several times since the beginning of time. The best mgmt was with First Communities (Summit Glen), now their alright (RAM) the current mgmt team. When I first moved out here it was lovely! The best place to live ever! The high has worn off though. Still nice but not like it used to be. I've seen mgmt change, neighbors change, and safety change. This is a very small property only about 500 units so it should be managable right' Maintenance never had any issues, typically same day service. Nice gym upgrade recently with all new equipment which is a plus and is open 24hours too. If your looking for a nice place to live with a little overhead ($$$) and the BEST LOCATION EVER!!!! Then this is the place to be. Not many kids noticed but there are a few, mostly young adults though.
