I am moving out of here next week and i am counting down the days! This place is HORRIBLE and a car is stolen here each week. There were a couple of weeks where 5-6 cars were being stolen or broken into. Also apartments get broken into alot. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Go look somewhere else bc you will be so unhappy here!!

You obviously like to tell lies and make things bigger than they seem. I have lived at Charleston Court for over 2 years and I rarely ever receive notifications that a crime has occured on the property. And when I do get one, they are mainly just car break ins because people are stupid and leave their crap laying all over in plain view of others. They certainly dont happen every week! The only time I have seen apartments actually broken into was around the holidays, which I have heard is very normal pretty much everywhere. The management staff is more involved than I have ever seen anywhere I have lived before. I have lived places where people were raped and killed, and never received notification. I found out the hard way by watching the news. I have never seen anything like that happen here. If you want the low down on any area for crime...just go to the Sandy Springs Police Department (or whatever city you are trying to live in) and they will give you all the statistics for any area. That is what I did when I moved. I dont believe everything I read because people like to stretch the truth...and this person stretches it A LOT!!!

For other users in this forum, I would say that my experience is about half-way between the original reviewers and the response above. Overall, it's not a terrible place to live. The staff is friendly and they respond to maintenance requests quickly. However, their priorities are out of line. Yes, there have been some car burglaries and some random graffiti on the buildings, but it's not to the point where I feel unsafe -- yet. I DO wish the management would get its priorities straight though. Spend money on cleaning up the building (pressure washing would do wonders) and safety (more lighting and cameras for the parking areas) rather than on cheesy things like a continental breakfast on Saturdays -- which isn't any good anyway.
