If you are thinking of living here I would say please look SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have lived in Charleston Court very happely for a while, but now it is really bad!

Dont go there! The place is taken over by a different owner now that clarely gives nothing about the convenience of the current renters. The place is going trough a 10-12 month renovation proces. It is literally a big building ground and after 7:30-8:00 in the morning it is not even possible to talk to eachother because of the noise. And if you think that this is over soon! dont think so, because they did only a fraction of the over 230 homes in the court.
Screeming and Yelling workers that go all over the place. Drilling, hammering etc etc. The water has been shut down for 3 times allready in less than 2 weeks. And this will take at leat ten months.

My car got scratched and ditched by these workers and the management did not even come and look!

The best part of this is that the office can say nothing alse than: we are sorry about it, the owner decided this. No discounts, no early release of your lease, Nothing.

If you like your sleep and if you like safety. DONT GO THERE
