Why mess up a great place to live by buying it out'

I moved in a few months ago and thought it was a nice quiet area AND THEN... Someone comes along to but it and "UPGRADE IT" ... which really says they have no RESPECT for the people living here at the time being.. they want to add all these additional things to make it "better." All you hear now is buckets dropping, drills,walkie talkies, loud mexican workers and random spanish music blasting... after 7:00am .. You will NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP! WOULD NO LONGER recommend living here. Used to be a good place.. sad day!
And they up the price 20% for new people moving in pppshhh.
