I've lived at Charleston Court for three years now and just transferred to an upgraded apartment. I've been pleased at Charleston Court, and my faith in the property is only growing stronger. People complain about construction, but that's just what happens when a property is old and needs a face-lift. The new gym and business center are great additions. The new office staff has been more than helpful; especially Myers and Heather...they made our transition to the new unit so simple! The new units even come with brand new appliances, including washers and dryers. I highly recommend Charleston Court due to it's superb location and recent upgrades.

Construction is not the problem...it's the neglectful mangement staff. Don't expect to get anything from them after you sign your lease. Andre is the worst leasing agent at the office. Don't go to him if you have a problem with anything! The gate is ALWAYS broken. It takes three to four phone calls to get them to send maintenance to fix anything. They also lie about when construction will be finished. Do NOT live here! I want the old management staff back!
