I was a happy resident at Charleston Court until the new management company, Executive Affiliates, took over. This company is unethical and once you sign a lease with them, they could care less about your needs as a resident. My last few months there were horrible, which is unfortunate considering how happy I was there the first 9 months. The construction was loud and constant, the water was frequently turned off, maintenance was unresponsive, etc. If you would like a property manager who is dishonest and unresponsive, Heather is the manager for you! Don't count on the Regional VP, Jerry, being any better than Heather. Good luck getting deposits back! I've recently decided that my $150 pet deposit they owe me is the "idiot tax" I have to pay to not deal with people like them anymore!

There are plenty of nice apartment complexes in the Sandy Springs area that treat residents better and charge less for nicer apartments!
