This apartment complex went downhill quickly when the new management company took over. The property manager is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest and if you need a problem resolved, she is no help at all. I had to dig for this info and figured I'd share it so no one else has to. Going above her was the only way I got anything accomplished.

im glad you posted this because you are truly right. this information is invaluable when dealing with management (heather) although I will say that jerry in the corporate office is not much more help. they like to find loopholes to keep from having to actually work and keep their residents happy
