So ive only lived in this complex for about a month and a half and ive had a few problems.. the door to the guest bedroom wouldnt lock, and one of the cabinets in the kitchen was broken. I called the leasing office and told them, and they sent the maintanance people to come fix everything! I happen to really love living there.. the gym is awesome, the pool is going to be great in the summer, and the people that live there are very friendly! The office staff have been very nice to me every time I go in there, and anytime there is a problem or concern, they take care of it asap. My apartment has been remodeled, new appliances, crown molding, nice porch.. i have no complaints!

watch out!!! This is probably the management posting this message. The same type of message went out directly after me posting a bad review. It always mentions the friendliness of the office staff and let me tell you it is in no way true. Although this property could be a good place to rent the staff makes it unbearable. Just wait for move out time. they want nothing to do with you and will no longer try to impress you once you sign your lease. good point of advice make sure you get everything in writing. if you dont it could be a long unfulfilling battle over money or other issues. Just think about it who posts a message here after only living there for 1 month. If it isnt the office staff just be ready to see this person post again after their lease is up and it will be with a completely different tone.

Wow.. ok!? Im not someone in the office, i just havent had any problems with this complex so why would i write a bad review!? Doesnt make sense to me. You just had a bad experience with the previous management company.. which sucks, but i think its probably time to get over it since you dont even live in this apartment complex. Ive been there for just over a month and havent had any problems with anything besides for the fact that the gate is a pain in the ass cause sometimes it doesnt work, but thats such a small thing to complain about. Who knows what could happen in the future, but as of now im perfectly happy here. When my lease is up ill let you know.

THIS PLACE SUCKS... the management is HOIRRIBLe. The saying one bad apple spoils the whole bunch is true. From my experience and others, there is only one person in their who is SO rude and unprofessional. She spoils the whole team. I am not renewing my lease..
