If you are reading this review right now is because you are unmistakably smart in doing some research before you rent anywhere. Don t let the model unit looks take you for a ride; don t let the shameful gym facility scam you into thinking that this is the right place to rent out. You will only be disappointed once you start having issues with the apartment and the unsociable leasing staff, not to even declare the management. The reality is that you can find a better complex in a nicer area for the same money. You don t want to rent in a place where you are going to be a nuisance to the leasing office. They are only nice the fist day when you sign your lease. You ought to really take some time to read the other reviews, and be cautious with the good reviews; they are beyond question from the leasing office staff. Keep in mind that the best advertising is word of mouth.

This review is 110% correct about the leasing staff and management of this complex. I have resided at Charleston Court for six months and the staff has been rude, non responsive, and threats me like the scum of the earth. If could cancel my lease now without their step penalty, I would move today and boycott the complex and have protestors at the entrance every day.
