I never post reviews for anything so for me to be taking time to write this means I really don't want anyone to have to go through what I have with this apartment complex. Don't let the renovated apartments fool you because they were renovated as cheaply as possible. While the apartmens were being renovated, there were roaches EVERYWHERE in my aparment as well as all over the grounds. Every time I walked out side there were dead or alive roaches all over the place and they did not bother to get an exterminator. It was disgusting! As soon as I moved into our renovated apartment from one of the other buildings, the brand new washing machine wasn't working and had to be replaced. About two months after that, our toilet was always clogged. The maintenance guy said that when they renovated the apartments they used pipes that were much smaller than the orignal piping so many of the tenants were having problems with their toilets and plumbing. You can only imagine how horrible of an experience this was when they didn't get it fixed right away and we had to live with a clogged toilet for about two months! On top of that, there was also something wrong with the water heaters as we had to take cold showers for two months! We put in NUMEROUS maintenance requests and complaints, but management did not seem to think it was important enough to do everything in their power to get these things fixed. I know we were not the only ones having problems because I have heard so many other tenants complain about the management here. The management's communication is very poor as they recently re-programmed everyone's gate keys but failed to send out a notice. When I got home from work, I could not get in to my own apartment complex! When we asked about it, they lied and said they sent out a notice but several other tenants complained that they did not recieve any notice. We are also paying for valet trash pick up even though the company that provided the service went out of business and no one is picking up our trash anymore. Management did not bother to send out anything noticing us that we were no longer getting valet trash pick up and we were still paying the same amount every month so they did not remove this fee. Also, they promise free wi-fi to apartments around the pool area, but the internet has not been working for months now and when we complained about it management's response was that it was a "free service" that they were so kind to provide that it pretty much doesn't matter now that it is not working and they are not doing much to get it fixed. Every time we have been up to the office to ask about something getting fixed, the management has been very rude and not helpful at all. I have never in my life lived at an apartment complex that does NOTHING to stick to their obligations to their tenants and hold up its end of the lease. I have tried to stay calm and cool about all of this mess, but it is now to the point that I can't even believe how much the management sucks here - it is RIDICULOUS. I will definitely not be renewing my lease! Hopefully this post helps someone save a HUGE headache by not signing a lease here!

Everything that was said above is true. I paid the money and got the Hell out! (which by the way could not afford to do) But there is no way I was going to stay with my wife and I at this apartment. I have lived in a lot of places and this one is the worst. I could go into everything I dont have that much time or space to type it. TRUST pretty much everyone on this site. If you don't good luck and you will be on here soon enough. Just drive by and find anything else
