CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT

I've lived here nearly 3 years, and have had the worst experience since the new management company took over. When I moved into a renovated apartment, I enjoyed the new appliances and granite countertops, but had water damage to my new walls within 2 weeks of being here from a broken pipe due to the construction upstairs. When I later complained about the frequent noise upstairs at 1am, they told me that it was an unoccupied unit - so were they lying or allowing their construction crew to work all hours of the night'
The gates NEVER work, when they repaved the front parking lot they painted the parking spots so narrow that getting in and out of your car is impossible, and they frequently don't have the leasing office open at their stated hours -- even the answering service can't get in touch with them! Additionally, they've "misplaced" two of my packages (I've since started having my packages sent to my office), and are NOT accommodating on even a PAID lease extensions (2 days to allow for a weekend move out, as I travel 2 weeks out of the month, and am out of state the two prior weeks the month my lease finishes).
Oh, and the kicker, much like the cable company that extends the best deals only to new customers, the leasing deal for my apartment is $100/mo cheaper to new residents, and they are unwilling to negotiate with someone like me, who has never had late rent and is consistently a good tenant. How about rewarding loyalty instead of punishing them'
It's simple... NOT WORTH IT.

Honey, you hit the nail on the head! I cannot imagine running a business the way they run this one. We also have complained about the noise in the apartment above us,i.e/: sitting on patio at 3:36 a.m. and screaming profanities at one another; either throwing furniture or domestic violence; vacuuming the floor at 4:40 a.m. on a Sunday Morning. Managers refuse to do anything about it. Told me to go talk with neighbors.
Management does not respond to the maintenance issues.
My microwave did not work for over a month. We finally called the manufacturer ourselves to have it repaired.
If I would not get into trouble I literally will like to have the mafia after the managers when they speak so disrespectully to the tenants. I cannot understand why any tenant stays here. Three months and counting.
