Prepare to be stalked by the staff

The grounds crew makes it a point to stare at my wife incessantly and also played tricks on her by knocking on the door and jiggling the door handle while she was home alone. My wife caught them doing it. After speaking with numerous other residents, we found out that this is a common practice and many other residents are creeped out by the staff. The management staff brushed it off as a non-event and actually tried to make us feel stupid that someone was trying to break into our apartment. Are you kidding me' No apartment complex is going to be perfect but the least they can do is make you feel safe and that is not the case here.
The gate is constantly broken and was open for almost a year straight. They would not close it during a year long construction process and even after that was done, did not close it for another half year. They used to have a breed policy but now there are pit bulls everywhere. No one picks up their dog droppings which has made the grounds turn into a nightmare. We've gotten to the point where we don't even complain b/c we know it won't matter.
The quality of people here has steadily decreased since the new manangement company took over. You can definitely tell they lowered their standards to fill units and now everyone I talk to can't wait to move out, as well as us. You can move down the road and pay $200-300 less for the same apartment.

The quality of people are going downhill.. it seems like the management will let anyone live here. I rarely walk around outside at night by myself and the noise from all of the other apartments is ridiculous. Loud music at all hours of the night.. At first I thought the apartment complex was great, but the gates started breaking all the time and the cleanliness of the complex has declined rapidly. Ill be moving out when my lease is up.

The fountain by the pool used to be really nice. Now it's a mosquito breeding ground. I love having company and them asking me what's that for??? The mailboxes are falling apart now. Every Sunday the dumpster is over flowing with trash since there's no one here to take care of it. On the positive side, our lease is up in a few months!!!
