Overall, the complex is probably the quietest in the area - BUT if you live near the pool forget it. The units have thin walls and you'll hear every kid shout and scream all day and all night. The younger tenants love to party at the pool area in the summer and they can be noisy through the late evening. The staff has changed a few times since my residency here. They're not very friendly, overall; the old staff was much better.
Also, regarding the thin walls, if you're upstairs neighbors have lead feet you'll hear everything they do. Same with the water pipes.
Still - apts off Roswell Rd are all pretty dumpy so this complex stands well above the rest.
